Is it possible to automatically scan and save everything you copy to a HP LaserJet MFP?

My office has a HP LaserJet MFP M4345xm. It is possible to analyze everything and store it automatically without having to go through the control panel and clicking the button storage jobs? Please help, my boss thinks that this is possible, but from what I've seen, it does automatically, you have to manually store a job yourself.

I've only seen it done manually.
