Who is responsible? My car was sitting in my own way by car when someone hit the car causing it to hit a wall?
The car was sitting at the entrance of gear with no brake was diverted by someone without being invited to come to my house and down against the hood of the car causing reverse and contact with a wall.Who is responsible for damage to the car? The owner for not having the hand brake? or the person who came to the property without being invited and the damage caused by falling car at the car and thus shunting the wall?
"falling on the hood "…… was a pedestrian? A reasonable person could reasonably expect your car in their own way to be reasonably safe for pedestrians. Moreover, a reasonable person could reasonably expect a car to stay if he fell against it. His car was an accident waiting to happen. What one might call a "dangerous situation". Does the man enter a locked door? Would you been notified that he was unwelcome? Does "falling against the car" in a fit of rage or drunkenness? If the answer to all these questions is "no", your fault.
